Questions

The honest fine print.

What does the $1 scan include?

A full exposure scan across 40+ people-search sites and data brokers, your risk score, broker names, masked proof for every exposure, and five days of access to your results — plus your first quick-win removals, started during the trial.

What happens after the five days?

Unless you cancel first, the plan you selected at checkout continues automatically at the price shown there ($12.99/mo or $99/yr Individual · $19.99/mo or $149/yr Family). We show you the exact renewal price and date before you pay the $1, and we remind you before the trial ends.

How do I cancel?

Online, in one click, from your account settings — no phone calls, no chat queues, no retention scripts. You'll get a confirmation on screen and by email.

What does "verified removal" mean?

We don't count a removal when we submit the request — only when we've re-checked the source and confirmed your information is gone, with a dated screenshot you can see. If it reappears later, we alert you and go again.

How does the Family plan work?

It covers two people — you and one household member you're authorized to represent. You can manage everything for them (a parent, a partner); they never need to log in.

Can everything be removed?

No — and anyone who promises that is selling you something. Removal success varies by source, and some public records can't be removed. We tell you what's removable, what isn't, and show you proof of what we accomplished.
