We ask for less
Your first scan needs a name, city, and state — nothing else. We request additional details only when they improve your cleanup, and we tell you why each one is needed.
Your data is isolated
Row-level security in our database means your records are readable by you and the operators working your requests — enforced at the database layer, not just the app.
Evidence stays private
Screenshots and removal proof live in private storage, served only through short-lived signed links, with file metadata stripped.
Analytics without PII
We measure the product with ranges and categories — never names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, or anything that identifies you.
Encrypted everywhere
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, and payment details handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
We never sell your data
We're in the business of shrinking your data footprint, not trading it. Your information is used to run your service. Period.
Leaving is easy
One-click cancellation online, and a real account-deletion path: ask, and we delete or anonymize your data except where the law requires retention.
Honest by design
Statuses say what's actually true — submitted isn't removed, and removed gets re-checked. If we can't remove something, we say so.
